There've been several comments about the bottle tree. I thought everybody knew about bottle trees!! If you want to learn a little more about these beautiful creations, go to Felder Rushing's bottle trees. Felder is a retired county extension agent, an avid gardener and collector of bottle trees, not to mention a truly nice guy.
I've been looking for one for a long time but never found one that suited me. I got mine from Kinsman Garden. It seems to be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the bottles with no problem.
Couldn't let the day go by without mentioning that today is hubby and my 16th anniversary. We've been together for 21 years. Where does the time go?
Y'all take care.
21 years - many congratulations. Same as Management and I {smile}
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!! Hope you have a great day! Thanks so much for these great links! I'm going to start collecting bottles right now! Now that I know you can make a bottle tree out of just about anything! I've got plenty of things around here to start my collection on! This was very fun! Now the question.....is that Rod Stewart in the photo??? hahaha!
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for the article, it was interesting and compelling. I discovered my way here through Google, I’ll return one more time :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! Belated obviously. That bottle tree is the most colorful one I've ever seen!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!!! I do love your bottle tree. I just showed it to my son and he thinks it's pretty cool too.
